Founders and directors

Mr. Belen is the visionary founder, shareholder, and board member of Black Phoenix Trading PLC. In addition, he holds the same distinguished titles at Pelican General Trading P.L.C. and Black Gold Commercial and Industry PLC. With an impressive academic foundation in accounting, finance, and entrepreneurship, Mr. Belen has dedicated 24 years to serving as the General Manager of Pelican General Trading PLC, where he has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success.

Mr. Moges is the co-founder and shareholder of Black Phoenix Trading PLC and the General Manager of Black Gold Commercial and Industry PLC. He brings unparalleled expertise, backed by a robust background in business administration and over 50 years of extensive experience in

the manufacturing and import-export industries. His remarkable career also includes significant contributions as a financial officer for multiple NGOs, reflecting his adaptability and unwavering commitment to excellence in diverse sectors.

Ms. Nehima Hadi serves as the General Manager of Black Phoenix Trading PLC. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance and brings over 9 years of professional experience in senior accounting and administrative roles, showcasing her expertise and leadership in the field.

Mr Kenneth Oluoch A highly motivated & passionate person in the imports and exports field. At McCarthy and Fosters Kenya and Tanzania Uganda Country Director now at Black Phoenix Trading with a demonstrated history of working with Kuehne+Nagel in handling Perishable goods fruits, vegetables, flowers and warehousing. Vast experience in the Sales and Marketing industry for over a Decade. Vast experience and the relationships in the Local and International business export of fresh fruits, vegetable and flowers.
